TimeCosting Labour Distribution/Job Allocation Module

TimeCosting is a software module designed to collect, analyse and monitor Labour distribution and job allocation information.  TimeCosting-PC enables both supervisory and senior management levels to monitor Labour information. TimeCosting can be configured to export data to any ERP system.

TimeCosting enables both supervisory and senior management levels to monitor Labour information. TimeCosting actively tracks both time and cost elements associated with each aspect of production. All relevant database information is commonly shared by both systems. Time and Attendance pay-rules defined in Timekeeper can be automatically applied to Labour cost analysis. If needed, alternate rules may also be specified.

Flexible Multi-Level Data Capture Configuration

  • Keep track of information that is as general or as detailed as you require. Select the level of detail appropriate for your needs.
  • Choose (for example) a single job level to keep track of projects regardless of the activities involved in them.
  • Choose (for example) a multi-levelled configuration consisting of a four-leveled job (i.e. Project/Task/Grade/level).

Flexible Application of Policy and Procedures Rules

  • System automatically applies employee Policy and Procedures pay-rules when analysing Labour costs.

  • Apply the same set of pay rules used in your Policy and Procedures analysis to your Labour cost analysis.
  • Choose an alternate set of pay rules which more accurately reflect your environment (for example, a meal interval, which is normally paid for Policy and Procedures purposes, would be deducted for more accurate Labour cost analysis)

Variance Reporting to Actual Labour Management Totals

  • System automatically monitors and reports any variance between actual Labour management totals and reported job hours.

  • Enable your supervisors to quickly and efficiently eliminate most errors and discrepancies associated with normal data collection.

The system can differentiate between direct and indirect Labour in order to ensure accurate information in the variance and other reports.

Timekeeper features a report auto-run capability, allowing the user to generate any number of reports to run at specific dates and times or at the user’s request.
