TKNet - Employee Access to Daily Activity TKNet is an add-on module that enables employees to view and (optionally) edit their own daily activity data. TKNet provides both Browser and reporting capabilities and is run externally to Timekeeper (i.e. Timekeeper does not need to be loaded). Specifically, each employee has access to his/her data using Timekeeper's Browser program and a variety of reports.

 

TSM - Employee Schedule Module TSM is a module that enables you to pre-schedule your employees’ shifts. Timekeeper then takes this information from TSM and compares it against the actual hours worked by the employees and performs the calculations.  An exceptions report can then be printed and you can choose to authorise any exceptions to the preset schedule.

 

TimeBank Module - Management and Storage of Employee “Banked Hours”

TimeBank was developed to create a mechanism for managing, storing and carrying forward pay-period values “banked hours” from one pay-period to the next.

TimeBank can be regarded as a “savings account”, i.e. a stored amount of hours that can be added to and/or deducted from on a pay-period basis.  Adding or subtracting to/from the “bank of hours” can be initiated on a pay-periodic basis (similar to a salary which is added to a bank account each pay-period) or as a one-time occurrence (similar to a cash withdrawal/deposit).

  • Support for setup and operation of several TimeBanks per employee.
  • Definition of several TimeBank Groups within a given TimeBank.
  • Can handle manual additions/subtractions to an employee’s TimeBank.

 

Benefit Accruals Module - Manage Accrual and Usage of Employees’ Benefit Hours

The Benefit Accruals module provides an automated tool for managing the accrual and usage of employees’ benefit hours in accordance with your company benefit policy.  This module allows you to create/manage an unlimited number of benefit types (i.e. paid and unpaid vacation, sick time, personal etc.).

Handles sophisticated rules for maximum accrual limited, discard rules and carry forward rules.

  • Track benefit values in days, hours or both.
  • Accrue benefits on a Flat-Rate basis (commonly used for Sick or Personal time).
  • Use Employee-Based Rates (i.e. Paid Vacation allowances that depend on Seniority/Years-of-Service).
  • Utilize Labour Management-Based Rates (i.e. dynamic allowances based on the number of hours/shifts worked by the employee).
  • Allowance rules can be either conditional or non-conditional.
  • Multiple tracking frequencies (i.e. weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc.).
  • Automatic deduction of Labour Management deficiencies (i.e. missing hours) from benefits with positive balance.
  • Conversion of overtime hours to benefit allowances.
  • User defined handling of negative benefit balances (completely disabled or partially allowed).
  • Generate completely user-definable exception-based and informational letters to employees.

 

Hotel Staffing - Specialised Module for the Hospitality Industry The Hotel Staffing module has been specifically designed for the Hospitality industry.  This module provides on a daily and periodic basis the information required to monitor, control and eliminate variance and deviations between scheduled and actual human resource requirements.

 

CanteenKeeper - Tracking for Meal Benefits CanteenKeeper-PC is an add-on module designed to manage and track subsidised and non-subsidised employee meal benefits.
