attendance panel lists either all employees or those assigned to a
particular department. Employees are indicated as in attendance by a
coloured marker located alongside their name. The information is refreshed
continually reflecting the actual attendance position.
The Attendance Panel is
indispensable for telephonists and receptionists who can instantly inquire
whether a staff member is within the premises.
The display can even show those
employees on site that are first aid trained.
A memo field by each name
indicates if there is additional information for that particular employee.
e.g. when expected back or a contact number if at another site etc.
To meet the ever stringent fire
regulations being adopted from the European Parliament this system
provides a real time fire evacuation listing. |
