Using the MRM® system as a basis, we were able to compile flexible, detailed and comprehensive management reports in a very short period of time. This received great acclaim from our board of directors.

With the MRM® Shop Floor Data Collection program we obtain an improved overview of the resources employed in our order processing department. Hence, we can react instantly to amended orders. Over and above this, the system enables us to further develop potential for improvement and to discover and prevent shortages.

By employing the MRM® Warehouse Management Program, we are able to guarantee an up-to-date and up-to-the-minute stock inventory. Hence, we were able to reduce surplus stock and optimise our order processing system. With the integrated communication transmission system, we can at any time access our warehouse management functions on the whole factory site as well as in our class one explosive danger area.

The distinguishing factor of the MRM® Advanced Planning & Scheduling program is its open software architecture. With this program it was relatively easy for us implement specific industrial requirements for the chemical industry. This system was installed in four of our factories in only sixteen working days. We have since reduced processing times and the time required for order completion in the production planning department by approximately 50 percent. The simulation of alternative planning provided by the MRM® Advanced Planning & Scheduling program enables us to react quickly and in a flexible manner to our customers´ requirements. Hence, if our customers should experience shortages or orders are altered at short notice, our staff in the production planning department have the necessary elbow room to compensate for this. Furthermore, the MRM R Advanced Planning & Scheduling program gave us a clearer overview of the machines in our production department.

With the MRM® Time & Attendance program we were able to free our personnel department of routine tasks. Today, the calculation of bonuses and data transfer to wage and salary systems are all carried out automatically. This enables our specialised departments to concentrate fully on their primary tasks.

With the MRM® Personnel Scheduling program we have, in a very short period of time, implemented the individual time requirements necessary for the management of our staff working time. Requested changes in calculation and account balancing techniques could also be implemented quickly. Hence, we can today guarantee an optimal reaction to capacity shortfalls.

Atotech Deutschland GmbH

The MRM® Time Recording program enabled us to free our personnel department from routine tasks. Hence, we were able to close the gap to our SAP-HR calculation system and to establish the prerequisites for the implementation of a new and more flexible working time model.
